Testicular Biopsy

Testicular biopsy is a procedure in which a small sample of tissue is removed from the testicle for laboratory analysis. This test is primarily used when sperm are not present in the semen (azoospermia) to determine the underlying cause.

Why is it important?

This procedure is crucial for diagnosing serious problems affecting sperm production, and can help identify if sperm are present in the testicle but are not being released properly.

Spermogram

The spermogram is a fundamental test to evaluate the quality and quantity of spermatozoa in a semen sample. This test is essential to diagnose fertility problems in men.

Why is it important?

The spermogram can detect possible abnormalities in the semen, such as low motility, reduced sperm count, or problems in sperm morphology, which could be affecting your ability to conceive.
